Uniqas accepts payment by credit card or PayPal, using the secure services of PayPal. All prices listed are in Australian dollars, and are inclusive of 10% GST.
After you have selected the item or items you wish to purchase, proceed to the checkout where you will be invited either to checkout as a guest, register your details or log in if you have registered your details previously. When you submit your order and payment details, your order will be processed and you will receive an email containing your invoice and confirmation of your order.
While Uniqas strives to keep our website accurate and up to date, it may contain errors, inaccuracies or may not be current at the time of viewing. Uniqas does not provide warranties of any kind on any of its products or on any information provided on the website.
Many of the items available at Uniqas are handmade and may have minor imperfections which are an unavoidable consequence of their handmade nature. If you have any queries in relation to a specific piece listed for sale online which may have imperfections, please contact us for further information at firstname.lastname@example.org
Neither Uniqas, nor its employees, agents or contractors are liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of, or in any way related to the use of this website or any other website linked to this website. This limitation applies to direct, indirect, consequential, special, and punitive or other damages you or others may suffer, as well as damages for loss of profits, business interruption or the loss of data or information. Uniqas reserves the right to update the terms and conditions set out herein without notice.
Once you place an order, we will process the order. Processing time will be 2-3 business days. We usually ship through standard postage which takes 1-10 business days. If you still not received the items within this time frame, Please contact us URGENTLY.
REFUNDS are only offered for faulty or defective on arrival, goods that do not match the description or do not perform to their function then we will offer you, full replacement or full refund including postage(Applies to sales item products as well). It is the buyers’ responsibility to inspect the goods within 48 hours of delivery. We must be notified in writing of any damages upon receipt of goods, including proof of damages during this period. You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If you are unhappy with your item or Change of Mind, please let us know. Our Exchange Policy gives you 30 days to
exchange an item bought online with a valid receipt. If 30 days have gone by since
your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-salable condition. That
means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must
be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories, labels and “free gifts” or bonus
items. Uniqas reserves the right to deny a refund or credit if the item is not returned in the specified condition. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Original shipping and freight charges are non-refundable for change of mind. Please take special care with packaging an item to return it to us to ensure it is returned in its original condition.
Also note same ruling will apply with international sales.
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and managed at our discretion.
Pre Order and Cancellations
Based on the nature of our business, there are times where items will be pre-ordered. We require a 50% deposit for all pre-orders. This deposit is non-refundable. If you do change your mind before your item arrives, we need you to do this within 10 days. A credit note will then apply.
The buyer has the responsibility to ensure all made to order and customised items are what they are after. We do not offer a refund for made to order and customised items due to change of mind.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. When sending returned items to Uniqas, we recommend that you use registered post as we do not take responsibility for the loss of items being returned and this may result in us being unable to process your refund or exchange. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount deducted from your return
Sales & Promotions
Very occasionally we may extend a promotion or sale to our customers. Sale prices are strictly applicable to new orders & new invoices only, between the advertised sale dates. Sales will always exclude existing pre-orders, lay-by orders and previous purchases.
